Susan L. Henricks Defining Leadership Scholarship

Program Scholarship

Susan Henricks is one of ICAN’s longest serving leaders in its 40+ year history. She served as an inspiration to a generation of leaders in the Omaha Community and beyond, as she daily demonstrated the ideals of excellence in leadership that is the cornerstone of ICAN’s core mission.

As a result of Susan’s business and leadership acumen, Susan’s tenure as President/CEO resulted in ICAN’s transformation into a stronger and more recognized organization. ICAN now has a larger span of influence in Omaha through targeted leadership development programming and has grown the Women’s Leadership Conference to be the premier Women’s business event in the Midwest, and one of the largest in the United States.
