Discover Your Gifts, Transform Your Team is a framework used to understand individuals’ strengths, behaviors, and work styles – and is used to help teams understand their members’ unique roles and preferences within a team setting. This program uses the Working Genius assessment to identify six different areas of work that are referred to as “geniuses.” The tool assists in building teams with a balanced combination of geniuses to ensure effective collaboration and task execution. Our expert faculty leave teams with practical take-aways.

The Working Genius Assessment
The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others.
Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
