The Two 3s Group Coaching Program is a highly individualized, virtual coaching experience that helps leaders begin, resume, or enrich their development journey, in partnership with a skilled coach and a small group of ICAN peers. This program is based on compelling and sound leadership qualities, as well as core development practices, introduced in Andrea Chilcote’s new book, What Leaders Need Now.

The Two 3s Program is not an instructional workshop, where you learn “how to” through models and steps, but a deeper introspective journey of honing the three essential qualities of leadership compassion, courage, and humility. You will put the qualities into practice through intentional, focused action between sessions. “What leaders need are the same things followers need from leaders: to recognize the human needs we all share in this time of great change,” says author Andrea Chilcote. “The three qualities— compassion, courage, and humility—are not simple skills to be learned or tools to be utilized. They are not personality traits or talents that a privileged few are born with. They are internal capabilities that can be grown, honed, and nurtured, if one has the will to do so.”

Five sessions to be a more engaged, inspired leader.

Two 3s

The program is delivered across five, 2-hour virtual sessions over three months, and taught by expert faculty.  

Fall 2024 Cohort Options:

Tuesdays: October 15, 29, November 12, December 3, 17 | Sessions run 10 a.m. – Noon over Zoom

Thursdays: October 17, 31, November 14, December 5, 19 | Sessions run 10 a.m. – Noon over Zoom

The cohorts will run at a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 10 participants. In registration, you will indicate interest in joining the Tuesdays OR Thursdays cohort. If both work for you, you can indicate either and will be placed into one based on space availability.

The deadline to register is October 4.

Program Details

Who can benefit from the Two 3s Group Coaching Program?

  • Leaders wanting to learn how to lead through ambiguity.
  • Leaders wanting to learn how to better lead in a hybrid/virtual environment.

The Program Includes:

  • Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Workplace, Agile EQ™ and What Leaders Need Now Leadership Assessment.
  • Personal development plans to grow, hone, and nurture the essential qualities through the three practices of development, reflection and acknowledgment.
  • Peer and coach support and accountability.
  • Supplemental resources; reading and practice assignments.

Prerequisites:

  • Strongly recommended for people leaders with direct reports
  • Participants must read What Leaders Need Now prior to the first session.
  • Participants are required to complete online self-assessments a week before the first session.
  • Keep a personal journal as part of their development plan, complete assignments, and attend scheduled sessions.

Andrea Chilcote

Executive coach, team transformer and author, Andrea Chilcote holds nearly three decades of experience in the organizational development, coaching and consulting field. Her notable work includes enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives as well as executive coaching, partnering with executives and their teams across a variety of Fortune 500 companies and diverse business sectors. She meets leaders where they are on their development path, moving them beyond the superficial to integrated and sustainable growth and change.
