Helping you own your career.

Erin Potter

Program Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Erin Potter is a passionately curious, whole-brain enthusiast, with a life-long craving for continued knowledge and creative output. Erin strives to multi-task, which carries into her position at ICAN. Erin is the programs manager and marketing coordinator; using both her left-brain structure to manage ICAN’s programs and her right-brain creativity in the graphic design and marketing of ICAN’s programs and events.

Curiosity about life in all aspects, I think, is still the secret of great creative people.

Leo Burnett

Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Avila University in Kansas City, MO. She is fulfilled by three things in life: creative outlets, family and iced tea. Erin enjoys all things creative, has a constant drive to create and is known to pick up a new hobby often. Erin’s life passion is her family; kept busy by her husband, two active kids and two lazy dogs. She volunteers regionally with the Williams Syndrome Association by hosting events, fundraising, connecting families and raising awareness. When she’s not working, you can find Erin creating adventures with her kids, writing and advocating for her son with a rare disability, and being a “mamarazzi” taking way too many pictures of her wildly cute kids!

Erin is an Omaha native, now residing in the Kansas City suburbs and working remotely for ICAN for over seven years. Erin offers a unique perspective on the ICAN team on resilience and thinking outside the box to achieve desired results.
