Jeff is a master facilitator, executive coach, and author known for his ability to challenge others to operate at their highest level. His book Hard Work is Not Enough: The Suprising Truth about Being Believable at Work was released in Fall 2021. He spent 17 years at ConAgra, leading the Banquet Frozen Meals business. There he discovered a love for designing strategy, driving culture and innovation. Jeff went on to start a human development business where he helps design experiences and programs to inspire individuals and teams to bravely transform into more strategic, innovative and effective leaders. Jeff is a Certified Hudson Executive Coach and serves on the Special Olympics Nebraska Board of Directors. He earned his MBA from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
