Jodi brings with her more than 29 years of senior-level banking experience. She recently retired as the senior vice president and regional manager of Bank of the West. Jodi is a maximizer who enjoys taking teams and projects that are performing strong to the next level. She is also an arranger with the ability to merge multiple elements together to make a comprehensive decision. She uses her activator skills to turn thoughts, ideas and concepts into actions. In her coaching practice, she finds it rewarding to mentor professionals on how to envision their goals, set a plan to make things happen and then carry that vision to fruition.
