Nicole Bianchi, PCC, SPHR, CLRP, is a dynamic business leader and coach with more than 20 years of experience and an impressive record of results-based leadership. The focus of her work is to enable organizations to accelerate change, to help leaders develop themselves and their associates, and to build teams that deliver exceptional results. Nicole founded and serves as a partner for Bravium HD to help individuals and teams bravely transform into more strategic, innovative and effective leaders. Her clients include Fortune 10, 100 and 500 global companies in the areas of: strategic planning, innovative leadership development, high-impact human resources and organizational capability development coaching. Previously Nicole worked as an executive leader for ConAgra Foods and for Markel, specializing in the development of solutions to solve organizational and business needs. Nicole earned her coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and The International Coaching Federation, attaining PCC status. Nicole has completed a host of post‐graduate executive leadership programs including Stanford University’s Executive Education in Strategy, Planning and Organization and the University of Michigan’s Executive Education in Strategic Human Resources. Nicole is certified in a variety of assessments and tools, including MBTI, HBDI, Emergenetics and DiSC.
