Jamie Kelly’s work is all about asking questions. She leverages curiosity to help others find their own best path to living a fulfilling life.
Jamie has over 25 years experience in coaching, organization development, leadership, and consulting. Her career is primarily centered on executive leadership coaching – specifically helping others prepare for job transitions and retirement, as well as individual coaching, group coaching, strengthening culture, and engagement. Jamie uses CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) and the Leadership Circle 360 assessments in helping her coaching clients unlock new levels of potential. Her consulting work focuses on culture and engagement, leadership development, and Emergenetics. Jamie uses her strengths to help others see the bigger picture, while focusing on individual and collective/team strengths, and aligning work for maximum impact.
Jamie’s credentials include: an M.S. in Organizational Performance, her coaching credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation, a Gallup Strengths Performance Coach, a certified Advanced Emergenetics Associate, a certified Leadership Circle Coach (360-degree assessment and the BRITE team effectiveness assessment), and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
Jamie is married with three children. She enjoys vacations with her family and friends every chance she gets.
