Karen is the founder and chief executive officer of The Baldwin Group, an organization focused on strengthening the results of leaders and teams. She provides high-impact training, consulting and coaching services to individuals, teams, nonprofits and corporations. Prior to starting The Baldwin Group, Karen was senior vice president/retail at Commercial Federal/Bank of the West, where she held a variety of leadership positions over her 25 years there. Karen has a passion for helping people develop into resilient leaders through coaching, mentoring and creating personal transformation. Karen earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and received her coaching credentials from the Coaches Training Institution (CTI).
