Dawn is an accomplished leadership development coach and communications specialist. Bringing more than 30 years of coaching and training experience to her mentees, she honors the individual and leads with meaning and purpose. Dawn received her coaching credentials from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Dawn is also certified as a relationship and family coach from The Resource Academy and as a Strategic Intervention Coach through the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention. Dawn partners with individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and other professionals to improve the quality of their personal and professional lives. She specializes in leadership and career development, work and life transitions, and identifying life goals and purpose so clients can reach their full potential. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, utilizing effective and empowered communication and discovering individual and team resourcefulness. In Colorado, Dawn works with law and engineering firms, high-tech companies, government municipalities, contracting companies and school districts across the Front Range. In Omaha, she has worked with First National Bank, PayPal, Benaissance (now WEX Health), Lamp Rynearson and Associates, and Olsson Associates. Dawn received her undergraduate degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Mass., and her master’s degree from Yale University.
