The 2023 ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference: 30 Years of Leading Bold Conversations

ICAN

At the 30th Anniversary ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference on May 17, 2023, attendees will take on the bold conversations that impact the future of women leaders in our community and the entire world — just as ICAN has done for the past three decades of annual conferences. BOLD CONVERSATIONS — while at times uncomfortable — can lead to a better understanding of the needs of others, personal leadership growth, and transformational development for teams, leaders and the organizations they serve.
The conference will explore representation, compensation, transparency and communication, providing insight and inspiration for women leaders (and their allies) to have their own bold conversations to lead their companies and communities forward.

“We’re excited to celebrate our 30th Anniversary ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference by honoring the many bold leadership conversations our conference has hosted over the years. We will share the stage with yet another incredible line-up of expert speakers to introduce forward-thinking perspectives and encourage our attendees to courageously lead bold conversations back in their workplaces and communities with greater collective impact,” said Aileen Warren, ICAN president and CEO. “Conversations rooted in boldness can be challenging but also collaborative and refreshing – and transformative to both one’s personal leadership journey and the growth of their
organization.”

ICAN looks forward to welcoming conference attendees from around the country following last year’s hybrid event which welcomed more than 2,570 people from 37 states, three countries and more than 300 companies. New this year, in honor of 30 years of the conference, ICAN will be inviting individuals to donate $30 to honor a leader in their life at the conference. Details on this recognition opportunity will be available in February.

This year’s speaker line-up features internationally recognized individuals who will explore the deeper awareness, personal leadership growth, stronger connections and business success that bold conversations spark, including keynote speaker Tunde Oyeneyin, a Peleton instructor and fitness celebrity. Motivational speaker, Peloton instructor, founder of S.P.E.A.K. and newly minted author, Oyeneyin has quickly become a household name over the last two years, developing a global audience that has been moved by her mission to inspire and help others believe that anything is possible. In 2022, Tunde released her debut memoir-manifesto guide to life “Speak: Find Your Voice, Trust Your Gut, and Get From Where You Are to Where You Want To Be,” an empowering look into how she transformed grief, setbacks and flaws into growth, self-confidence and triumph. Signed copies will be available at the conference for purchase, along with signings of books authored by others in the 2023 speaker roster.
