Allison has 13 years of experience managing projects, coordinating events and leading communication efforts for ICAN – including brand strategy & evolution, print and digital communications, content management, creative development, media relations, and event/conference production & planning. She is passionate about playing an active role in developing business leaders in the Omaha community and beyond through ICAN’s authentic programs, custom services and leadership events – including production of the 7x7x7 leadership exchange events, Executive Women’s Gatherings and annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference for 3,000+ attendees. Allison’s community involvement includes having served as the chair of the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Young Professionals Council, past chair of the annual YP Summit, a delegate to the Omaha Alumnae Panhellenic Association, member of the Junior League of Omaha and a graduate of Leadership Omaha Class 42.  She was a 2019 Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and a 2022 Ten Outstanding Young Omahan honoree.  Allison graduated from Texas Christian University.
