Julie activates 25+ partnerships for the annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference and works throughout the year with organizations large and small on their evolving leadership, organization and talent needs and opportunities. Julie collaborates with stakeholders and internal team members to assure companies best utilize ICAN as their partner to develop authentic, impactful leaders throughout their organization in meaningful and productive ways. Julie has been married to her husband, Scott, for 20 years and is blessed to have three amazing children: Nate, Jess and Ty (and their dog Molly, who her children sign along with their names on cards!)
