 Since 2014, Tracy Stuart has served as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at ICAN. In her role she also oversees office management, HR, budget and cost management, and IT. Her professional background includes roles as a human resources specialist, job cost accountant, and senior cost accountant in the disaster restoration industry for one of the Midwest’s largest residential and commercial property restoration companies. She leads with fairness and compassion. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoys cooking, camping, and time with family—and cheering on her husband’s gardening from a comfortable distance.
