Julie Burrell Lillig, vice president of strategic partnerships at ICAN, is responsible for developing and strengthening the corporate and community relationships that support ICAN’s leadership development programs, customized services and signature events. A connector and lifelong learner, she is passionate about helping organizations invest in their people and develop leaders who strengthen teams, cultures and communities.
With 20 years of experience working with high-impact organizations, Burrell Lillig brings a strategic, relationship-centered approach to partnerships that are mutually beneficial, mission-aligned and results-focused. She works closely with ICAN’s CEO to advance organizational priorities, deepen partner relationships and connect companies with opportunities across ICAN’s portfolio, including Defining Leadership, customized programs, the Executive Women’s Summit and the annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference.
Burrell Lillig also leads ICAN’s Women’s Leadership Conference Advocacy Committee, a 40+ member partner forum designed to elevate partner voices, strengthen connection and ensure ICAN’s partnerships continue to deliver meaningful value. By collaborating with ICAN’s Board of Directors and external vendor partners, she helps elevate ICAN experiences, expand community relationships and advance the organization’s mission.
