Leadership is a journey.

Since 2006, Lisa Kaplan has spearheaded the selection of keynote speakers and leadership topics for ICAN’s annual Women’s Leadership Conference. Lisa loves spotlighting and promoting the careers of women leaders, as well as furthering the conversation on gender equity for the next generation of women.

A business school graduate of California State University in Sacramento, Lisa spent a decade in human resources at Caesars Palace. She has spent the past eight of her 15 years working remotely for ICAN from Southern California, where, as a recent empty nester, she spends her free time on a tennis court or at the beach.
