Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself.
Ginny Curley
ICAN Faculty
Ginny focuses her time and attention on helping individuals and teams reach their potential. Her bucket is filled each time an individual says, “I didn’t think I could do that…but I did!”
Ginny is a former college associate professor and private industry organizational development manager. In both roles, her desire to learn and create new futures was fulfilled by staying curious, partnering with others, working through challenges, and celebrating success. One of Ginny’s skills is untangling messy situations to find a positive path forward – both with people and processes.
Ginny is a Certified Associate for Emergenetics® International, a Gallup-Certified Strengths® Coach and a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She is a certified FOCCUS™ facilitator for engaged and married couples and is a certified Fierce® Conversations facilitator.
