Examining Unconscious Bias helps leaders facilitate change and foster equity.

Examining Unconscious Bias

Everyone has some level of unconscious bias. This program, taught by expert faculty, gives leaders the opportunity to become aware of mental blind spots which hold them back from making fair decisions and seeing others accurately. By being conscious of biases, participants in this program will be able to more easily create common ground with people and see them through different lenses. Building productive, respectful and authentic relationships are at the core of what it means to be a successful leader. After attending Examining Unconscious Bias, graduates are more prepared to lead an inclusive workplace.
