Graduate Feature

Keri Johnson is Senior IT Manager leading two teams at Werner Enterprises: Project and Program Management and Continuous Improvement. She graduated from Defining Leadership in 2022, and soon after she transitioned into IT project management and added the second team to her managerial plate. She highly recommends the program and encourages participants to give it their full attention.

“Defining Leadership was life changing for me,” she said. “I often reflect back on what I learned in our sessions and apply it to my personal and professional life.” 

One of her guiding principles is to define your own success in life. “You get out of Defining Leadership what you put into it,” she said. “Keep learning and expanding on the teachings and you will realize the success you define for yourself.”
