Tracy joined ICAN in 2014 as the Director of Finance and Human Resources. Since then, she has also taken on responsibility for ICAN’s office management and budget/cost management. Prior to ICAN, Tracy was a human resources specialist, job cost accountant and senior cost accountant for one of the largest residential and commercial property fire, water, storm or other disaster restoration companies in the Midwest.

Tracy is a wife, mother and grandmother! She has eight children, four grandchildren and three dogs. When she’s not working at ICAN, she can be found cooking, camping, gardening and enjoying family events.
